Barre Workout is a sculpt and tone class that combines traditional barre, Pilates, traditional sculpting and yoga. We incorporate light weights, resistance bands, and balls to make workouts interesting and effective. This class challenges a wide range of ability levels and backgrounds. Regina East

Take a midweek break and spend Wednesday evenings learning yoga. This class will help reduce stress, increase energy, stretch and strengthen the muscles and encourage you to breathe more freely and fully.

Location

Most classes are held in the Regina East Multi-Purpose Room on the lower level. This new fitness class facility has lockers and showers available. Yoga mats and blocks are provided or you may bring your own if you prefer. You will need to bring your own lock and belongings must not be left in lockers overnight.

Strength training classes take place in Dominican 112 (one of the college's fitness centers). Participants must sign this waiver online at least 24 hours prior to class. The waiver allows you to participate in the class and grants access to both of the college's fitness centers.

Registration

Please register for all Fitness Class Passes at the Wellness Center in Dominican 122 (use the lakeside entrance).

Price

Choose from a full semester unlimited pass for $50, or a 10-class package is available for $35 and good for the duration of the semester in which it is purchased. Individual classes are $10. Charges are billed to your student account. Upgrades from a single session to a 10-class package are available for $25, and from a single class to semester unlimited pass for $40. 

Check-in Procedure

Student ID card is required at fitness class check-in. All participants must sign the participation waiver and sign in for each session using name and student ID. You must sign-in before class begins. If you arrive late, please be courteous to the instructor and your fellow participants by signing in so the instructor does not have to stop teaching to remind you.

You do not need to pay in advance but students that do not have available sessions in their account will have their student account automatically charged for an individual class. If you have a 10-class package, we will email you when you are running low on sessions. A 3-class pass is offered for the last month of the semester for $25.
